Since 2012 Miss Personal Trainer is being my little corner to motivate people like you with my inspiring blog and also delivering personal training and body conditioning workouts, across South East and West London, being Blackhealth and Chelsea community my main areas. As a Sports Graduated, qualified Personal Trainer and Running Coach, I am specialised in Long Distance Running Coaching, regardless if you aim is to run your first 5k or improve your half-marathon or marathon PB, including road or trail running. As a personal trainer, I help clients with goals focus on weight management, pregnancy and postpartum training programs. I am committed to not only provide quality personal training and customised running coaching plans, but going above and beyond to ensure you get a the right motivation to change your lifestyle and improve your fitness performance with tailored online programs to inspire you to go further anytime, anywhere.
