This program has born from my own experience and how I understand pregnancy considering all the facts around fitness and pregnancy as antenatal and postpartum trainer certificate. Fatigue , back pain, pelvic pain are some of the most common symptoms that can affect about how you feel during your pregnancy, for this reason I created Stamina Pregnancy where every future mum to be feel knowledgeable about what can and can't do during pregnancy, how to release pain, reduce fatigue and get ready to welcome your little one knowing the importance of working on your pelvic floor, core, mobility and strength to help you during pregnancy, labour and improve your postpartum recovery. 20-40 mins sessions adapted to your level of fitness and trimester to learn step by step and bust your Stamina power.
